Inquiry:
Initially, my inquiry was based around different mental health issues, and i was trying to use my art as a way to represent them accurately and spread awareness. However, I was struggling greatly with this broad topic and found myself facing the dilemma that I might not know how to represent each aspect realistically. Over time, I found my inquiry shifting to something more personal and unique that falls into the mental health category, as I've found my art becoming more representative of loss of identity and innocence throughout my creation of pieces, subconsciously. I chose to go with this new inquiry because I understand the topic better and having a less broad inquiry has helped me narrow my options for final pieces down.

Why I chose this artist:
I really like the style in which the artist uses, and I could find myself using a very similar style in my own work. I love how unique but direct and forward the piece is, creating a clear message without it being too in-your-face, and I aspire to have that same effect in my works.
